From idea to OKX Genesis — what we shipped
Metiora is live on OKX.AI as agent #6860. This post records the path from idea through build, listing, mainnet payments, testing, and Genesis submission, then the three product directions next on the list. The service catalog remains six paid packages.
What Metiora is
A memory first Agent Service Provider for founders and agents on the OKX stack. Buyers, usually through an agent such as Claude, Grok, or an OKX User agent, pay with x402 in USDT0 on X Layer, then receive dual JSON and Markdown packages grounded in company memory.

What we achieved
- Idea and thesis — six services only: Blueprint, Investor Ready, Grant Builder, Partnership Studio, Token Launch Kit (strategy, not deploy), Startup Health.
- Implementation — structured memory, generators, public site and docs, A2MCP routes on Fly (metiora-api).
- OKX.AI listing — agent #6860 with on-chain identity on X Layer and live HTTPS endpoints.

Mainnet payments — x402 exact, network eip155:196, fee token USDT0 at
0x779ded…, unpaid calls return 402. - Personalization and overrides — company-specific output from min inputs; paid-call body fields override stale cache; no METI brand defaults on customer packages.
- Public surface — landing, docs, blog, marketplace CTA, live catalog.
- End-to-end testing — health, catalog, 402, multi-industry package checks.
- OKX Genesis Hackathon — submitted — demo, write-up, deployment details, live ASP proof.
How buyers use it today
For the marketplace path: register as a User on OKX.AI, open #6860, and call a service.
On the paid request, send founder and startup (recommended) or profile UUIDs
from free bootstrap. Payment gates package generation. Bootstrap only creates profile IDs.
generation.mode is deterministic or llm.
Agents may continue from the same package into PDF, pitch deck, image, or short video as part of their workflow while the marketplace catalog remains six services.
